Our story

Jaia means victorious

We count the win on the day you step into a space that feels undeniably yours.

We are an interior architectural design firm in Batam, shaping homes, commercial spaces and exteriors since 2021.

We listen for the atmosphere you want, the memories you hope to build and how you want to feel when you walk through the door. Then we design the space around it and build it, from the first sketch to handover.

Our philosophy

Your story sets the style

Before we draw anything, we ask who the space is for and how they will use it.

That is why no two of our projects look alike, and none follows a trend.
